The AddUserSnapPoint method adds a user-created snap point.

Parameter
Description
PositionX
Specifies the x-coordinate of the snap point
PositionY
Specifies the y-coordinate of the snap point
Direction
Specifies a direction. This parameter is optional, and its default value is 0.
UseDirection
Specifies how to use the specified direction. This parameter is optional, and its default value is False.
