The CreateSpotColorByName method creates a spot-color object by using its name.

Description
PaletteIdentifier
Specifies the unique identifier of the color palette
SpotColorName
Specifies the name of the spot color
Tint
Specifies the tint of the spot color. This parameter is optional, and its default value is 100.
